● Understand business and users needs / pain points (users’ interviews)
● Help defining Product Vision (Lean Canvas)
● Define Product Roadmaps and co-create storymaps
● Prioritise and maintain Product Backlog according to business value and ROI
● Define KPI and tagging plan to measure results
● Animate co-creation workshops (6UP; Crazy8)
● Elaborate Epics and Features into User Stories
● Represent, interface and engage the end user (usability tests, usage reports)
● Lead the Daily Standup, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives
● Support Product Team Members
● Test, accept or reject work done
● Inspect the product progress
● Communicate status to stakeholders
