● Understand business and customer needs, painpoints & opportunities (stakeholder & customerinterviews)
● Help define the product vision
● Help define the product strategy
● Collaborate with design, engineering &stakeholders to define product roadmaps
● Define success measures and aim to shortenfeedback and iteration cycles
● Plan & facilitate various workshops
● Elaborate Epics and Features into User Stories
● Lead or participate in the Daily Standup, SprintPlanning Meetings, Sprint Demo andRetrospectives
● Collaborate with design & engineering to defineproduct backlog, prioritise and maintain accordingto product strategy, business value and ROI
● Collaborate with design & engineering to defineprototypes and test with customers
● Support and develop Product Team Members
● Inspect the product progress with the team
● Communicate status to stakeholders
● Drive continuous improvement of the productdevelopment process
